Wednesday's Meeting Was Awesome!!!!

Wow!!! This month's General Meeting was amazing!!! Before I tell you about it, we seriously need to give a huge shout out of thanks to our incredible Board for putting it all together, and to Tammi, our sweet and informative Publix presenter, who gave us some awesome holiday planning tips!!! Woo hoo!!!!!! Thanks ladies!!!!!!!

MEETING DESCRIPTION:

Immediately when you walked into the Parish Hall, we were greeted with a warm welcome by lots of smiling and friendly faces at the sign in desk! Then, we found our spot at beautiful tables set up with all kinds of pretty decorations, holiday notepads and copies of our newsletter and holiday planning handouts, so we didn't miss any info. Then we got to relish looking at a breathtakingly beautiful holiday table set up with all kinds of amazing holiday foods and decorations!!! Check out these beautiful pics, which give you an idea of how beautiful it was!!!!

After going over a few general business items, we jumped right into a presentation for Holiday Planning by Tammi, from Publix. She shared many awesome tips and hints to help make our holiday planning easy. She showed us all the wonderful things above, which are quite easy to make, along with many other ideas, which unfortunately were eaten before they could be photographed!!!

TAMMI'S HOLIDAY PLANNING HANDOUTS

After Tammi's awesome presentation, she answered questions and then we did a very quick ministry update to let everyone know what is going on. After the announcements, we raffled off some wine, which was kindly donated to the SCWC for this event; we prayed with Betty and Father Jerry, and acknowledged all our beautiful new members!!! After that, we then proceeded, en masse, to attack the table!!! There was plenty of food and wine and holiday punch for all, and the ladies had a great time socializing, making new friends and having a great evening together!
