JOINING A COMMISSION?
While you are having fun surfing around our Commission Pages, you might all of a sudden feel a strong desire to join one.  That's GREAT!!!!! Just send an email to the Commision Chairperson(s) in charge of the group (listed at the top of the page) with: "I WANT TO JOIN YOUR COMMISSION" in the subject line. Please be sure to include your name and information in the message.  Join as many as you want.  The only limitation is your schedule.  Newcomers are always welcome. 

PARTICIPATING IN A COMMISSION?
So you have joined one or more of our Commissions and these pages don't quite do it for you anymore?  Go to the Forum.  In the Forum you will find posts related to all the neat things you are doing in your Commission.  It is a portal - an information hub - for you and your Commission sisters to communicate and share information about events or activities your group is actively involved in. Don't be shy - if you want to explore other Commission Categories in the Forum to get a real feel for what others are doing, go ahead.  This is a great way for you to get an idea of whether or not you might want to join another Commission's efforts.

NEW COMMISSION IDEAS?
If you are one of those totally enthusiastic, fierce go-getter types, and you have an idea for a new Commission that  you want to head up, please send an email to the SCWC President or to scwcinfo@yahoo.com with: "I WANT TO START SOMETHING"  in the header and a brief description of your ideas.  We will review them and get back to you ASAP.
